I'm assuming u meant the english version, but I beleive Eidos bought some voice talent for that dub.... so it might BE the guy from GI Joe...

I got around to here what Guts origionaly sounded like.... damn that was the best dubing i've ever heard [but couldn't understand a damn thing he said] good thing they didn't use that one guy that does the voice acting for nearly "every" [i think] subbed anime i seen [Big O, Metal Gear Solid 2, can't remember the others]

I do know that its the same guy who did the voice for Prowl in the original TF cartoon series. He also does the voice for Nihlethak and the Druid from Diablo 2 expansion pak.

I believe this guy guess-starred in an older episode(one of the first actually) of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
