"If I Did It"

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- In a deal that some media executives called revolting, O.J. Simpson plans a book and TV interview to discuss how, hypothetically, he could have killed his ex-wife and her friend

Now THIS is original!

I mean, I have no idea how to really feel on every level, it's obviously blatantly bad, but it's also so damn unprecedented and awkward that the idea makes my mind get stuck. Even just the language itself, it's like saying things like, "Here's how I didn't it." You just can't process something this abnormal normally. LOVELY move, Juice.

I can't wait to see the feedback.

The extent of his desperation for attention knows no bounds!  :troll:

I don't know whats more pathetic, this guy being a free man or that this book will probably sell millions.

The guy's really shameless. I mean it's like he's taunting the world or something.

Exactly. It's like he's just trying to rub our noses in the fact that he could get away with it or something.

I believe he could be tried for perjury,  since he said he didn't do it under oath.

Perhaps the guy wants to make up?

So who's actually reading the book? Truth be known

Don't think so.  He pleaded not guilty but never took the stand (and went under oath).  It'd be a stretch to indict him for a legal defense.

So who's actually reading the book? Truth be known

"O'RLY"'s a jackass.  As if questioning the link between Fox news and Fox is somehow a leftist political manuever.

But speaking of ridiculous, apparently the publisher did it because she was abused as a child.
What can I say?  ... ugh  :schierke:

UGH indeed, this is just horrible...

Sure, sure, the moral of the story is that crime does(not) pay!

Dear Vote.com Voter,

Thank you for your vote on whether the O.J. Simpson book should be
bought or boycotted. Over 40,000 people voted and 98% wanted a boycott. We
sent all of your votes to HarperCollins, the publisher.

Rupert Murdoch has just announced his agreement with the majority of
the voters. He has cancelled both the book and the TV Show.

Congratulations! Your voice has been heard.
