Police Executes Civillian

This news has been out for quite some time now, but I just found out about it. Story goes that in Humacao, Puerto Rico (where I grew up), a birthday celebration was about to take place. This young girl was to be escorted to the party destination along with her parents motorcicle friends. One of them decided to stop traffic so that all the group could leave in one blow. Saddly this didnt fit well to the autorities so they decided to confront the individual. The victim inmediately backs off as the police kept getting phisical with him. In the midst of the problem the person recording it with his cell phone was joking around untill the policemen decided to use his weapon after handcuffing the victim into the ground. I'm placing a NWS on this one since there is some strong material in this video.

Well that's pretty shocking, however you don't clearly see how it all starts. I'd say the guy in yellow was resisting his arrest, which isn't good, but the cops didn't seem too aggressive at first. The second cop certainly looks very surprised by the gunshot and quickly proceeds to run away it seems. Then we see the other one basically emptying his magazine onto the guy, they go away limping. I think the guy hurt his leg or foot somehow, and the officer just killed him because he was pissed.
