Susumu Hirasawa

My harddrive crashed a few days ago :'( and I lost the Susumu Hirasawa mp3s that I download from here a long time ago. I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could download them from. I google'd, I Kazaa'd, and I searched the archives on this forum.

Most of whats on Kazaa is the main Berserk song, forces. But today I was actually lucky enough to get a listing of many of Hirasawa's songs.

Oh I meant I got a listing of downloadable mp3's on Kazaa, but this morning I tried again and got only Forces this time.

I have a few of his mp3s. Gardener King, World Cell, and Moonlight. They are exceptional songs. A friend of mine from Australia has $300 worth of his CDs. I'm probably going to buy a few of his albums. His music is just incredible.

If you are having trouble finding the BERSERK soundtrack, I can give you a link to where I download my anime music. It is there.
I'm not posting it now because I'm still at my parents house on a 486 :(. I don't have my Favorites list on this computer...

Susumu Hirasawa is not a name I recognize, but from the chat I assume that is the composer or performer of all the BERSERK music.

That chris guy from a thread I posted earlier tipped me off that you can purchase products from amazon.co.jp and have them shipped to the US. All of his CDs (except some of his P-model/Mandrake stuff, which is pretty awful anyway, and a couple others) are listed there, but some are out of print. I recently bought the CDs of his that I was missing from there.

I wont get them for a while though.

I would just like to add to this thread my 2 cents. Susumu Hirasawa is a dreamweaver. I cannot immagine anyone else making music for Berserk. Joe Hisaishi is too mild, and Hajime too, well, "divine", other estimated names of the anime ost scene I wouldn't even mention...
and Forces...it's just, a hymn. Does anyone know exactly what does that song talk about? I do have the lyrics, kindly translated by Olivier, but is there some "background story" about the song? It's just too powerful...

I also have some of his other songs, most of which I don't even know the name, but there is one named "track 7" from some of his albums which is just fantastic, and as I am getting more sloshed with tequila and desperados I apprehend his message even further ;D
I never immagined that after so much music I have listened, my favourite artist would be some guy I can't even understand.
And mind you, Christina Death, Dead Can Dance, Death In June and The Nephilim ain't no joke...
