Where can I get Vol.22?

I've checked a few online dealers.. and the price is fair $4-$8.. but international shipping is gonna kill me. I live in the US and the cheapest I've found is $20...

I own volumes 1-21.. am I really going to have to shell out $30 to get vol 22? Or is there better place you guys know of?
