Anyone know of any good Anime software?

I wanna start doing some amatuer Anime, but I cant seem to find the necessary Animation Software, For now I just use microsoft paint and mess around but I need software to really get down to business..... any help would be greatly appreciated( links to sites[preferably free software, and not 3d], actual places to go buy software, anything!!) I've never seen any amateur anime. I wonder if Adobe Premiere would help? I haven't ever worked with it but I think its for making video files.

Sure, the cover looks nice. BUT, the whole thing looks like a flash movie.
As a matter of fact, how about you just learn shockwave flash?

Adobe photoshop could allow you to make alot of nice shots, but if you're not that skillfull then you can always go with adobe illustrator.

I think you can make a search on "Toonz", it's a software to make animation and stuff like that.. i don't remember the publisher but the search will help you.
