Griffith millenium falcon FE

Can someone tell me about this statue. Difference from toycom and AOW release. Reason is that I got one awhile back that has a metal plate but no serial number. The dealer does not know about it but saying it was a first edition. It does not say made in china like the rest of the toycom release. On the box it has serial number on it but no written number. The statue included only one head and 2 capes. It did not have the helmet or a place to store it. Can someone enlighten me and tell me its time to get the real thing?

Sounds like the Toycom version to me, the AOW one would have a serial number. As for the helmet, it was only included in the exclusive AOW version, with a blue metallic armor (instead of silver). I take it you're talking about the Griffith: Millennium Falcon I of course.

First edition sounds like it's version I - So from everything you've said it sounds like it is the toycom.

That is version two, but there is no toycom release for that one as far as I know.
