I was wondering, is it illegal to sell a limited number of tshirts I created that are berserk based? sculptors sell their own statues. Id like to be able to provide the world with some badass custom berserk shirts.

Some programs smoothe pictures as you expand them. If you shrink it down so your pixels are 1 to 1 then expand it, it should look alright. I think Irfanview might do this.
