Has anyone bought something on Yahoo Japan auctions?

I tried to visit the site yahoo auctions...
but... I can't contact the seller of Item I'm looking for...
I can't create japan yahoo account

I'm registred on " JAA Japan Auction Agency"

But I can't make offer for items....
please help me....

How can I buy on that site??

You have to use a 3rd party bidder service such as Celga, Shopping Mall Japan or Rinkya as most sellers using YJA won't ship overseas.
