Only color differ.
You can see the comparison at the 1st pic, silver version is more bright

I like the version that's not quite as shiny. The first one looks more realistic and battle worn. Some people might like it, though!

Got my kit in today. Nice job, berserkberserk. Very smooth, great likeness to the character, and nice solid cast. Can't wait to have somebody put a nice paint job job on him.
