1. With Ganishka out of the way, do you see Miura introducing a new villain?? In what context (i.e from the spiritual world, or maybe from within his kingdom)

Nobody as major as Ganishka, in the sense that he was a dreadful enemy to Guts but also and primarily an opposing force to Griffith (competing against him to take over the world). I think this is Griffith's (and his peers') hour.

2. Will love be what prevails in the end, with guts/cascas child being inside griffith and all?

I would be hard-pressed to tell you how the story will end. I don't see Guts and Femto hugging each other at the end though, if that's what you're asking.
