This discussion is so embarrassing with all that f* questions and pseudo hero photos that i just find no words.

You want to talk about the details? He even attempted Gatt's hair and the wince of the eye and the expression of the lips! Just miserably failed because he was unwilling to cut Gatt's hair as he probably has to go to work tomorrow.
But I'll give him credits as he at least attempted the cape.

Long time berserk manga fan here, typically I don't post anywhere because the constant arguments and ridiculing that plague internet message boards annoy me (not saying that any of that takes place here! just in general!)
However I thought I might be able to be of some assistance to this topic.

I uploaded that, that guy I guess recreated the sword out of plastic and painted it. If you look behind him there's a stack of plastic shells in the shape of Gatts sword, I would guess the guy was probably selling them. So yes, I'm sure if you looked around long enough you could find some sort of plastic cast shell then paint it like that guy did.
It's not a zweihander. Zweihanders are long and narrow, (like a lance, except much shorter and lances are pole-arms not swords) only in video games are they over exagerated in width.
It is entirely possible to "wield" Gatts sword, even if it weighed more than 110 pounds. Doing it one handedly would be quite a feat (and as far as I'm concernde impossible.) Doing it as quickly and repeatedly as Gatts does it in a manga is impossible. All on all I doubt anyone will ever be quite as skilled/cool/insane as Gatts so I wouldn't recommend trying.

First of all I have no clue how long his sword is but it's "about as tall as he is." Draw whatever you want into that, I have no clue exactly how tall he is.
I'm no blacksmith but I'd assume it would depend on the type of metal the sword was made from, most likely iron which is relativly heavy. 90-110 pounds perhaps? Maybe more.
In the most general sense, no, it does not exist in real life. It's too heavy for any blacksmith to even bother trying to create. The entire concept of a swordsmith is to create a sword that is light, easy to handle, and effective. Gatts sword is none of those things, thus, aside from amusement value it would be pointless to recreate such a piece of such and such....
It's increddibly unlikely that any sword store carries it. I assume however you can buy them... I do a lot of anime downloading (all LEGAL downloads of unlicensed anime, so back off you anti-warez freaks.) During that time I came across a picture...

Despite it being made of plastic, its the best looking one to date.
Removed the picture from my site because some idiot on Arctic Nightfall's board was running around claiming to be the savior of all that is berserk because he managed to cut and paste my topic onto the board as if it was his very own amazing discovery.
