Guts' Ethnicity???

I searched for this topic and couldn't find it on this section of the site...

So I was wondering what if hinted at or proof of Guts's ethnicity?? I always thought of him as either German, Greek, English, French or maybe even a Spaniard

Yeah, the Berserk world isn't our world (or as far as I can tell) but it has its own countries and such like Midland. I think he was born in Midland? I really don't know though to be honest.
