I think the movie got a solid fanbase as well as these spanish films by Alex de Ia iglesia. I was surprised when i talked to americans and they knew Accione Mutante and Day of the beast.

a fuckin' cool guy next alain chabat and faruggia is gérard darmon in 'la cité de la peur', the best french film i ever saw ( not to say that 'the nuls' have made better than the pubs, in my humble opinion )
but i suppose i should shut up seeing that no one know that film in this board, unless...
