Why is it that the lost chapter of volume 13, was lost?

Just out of curiosity.. and i apologize if this question was asked before but why was the lost chapter (lost) any way? what was about it, that it couldn't be included, in volume 13?

There is no official explanation. A common theory is that Miura decided to cut that chapter, most likely because it gave information too soon.
