Late addressing, but
Step A: Make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Flash
Step B: Download an SWF player, such as SWF opener, Swiff Player or the like
Step C: When viewing a flash, go to "Save Page As", you will notice that in the file folder the page saves to (not the web/html itself) there is a file known as a "SWF", this is your flash file

if Step C is too complicated, just google an SWF/Flash downloader/saver ...thingy. Yes, I'm lazy, sorry.
