yes but I must admit... I really admire their faith... Spar, u know what Im talking about... Eating well is a part of the training, there's a lot of people eating junk food and taking suppliment to get "bigger". I know 2 or 3 guys at the gym who take supplement and eat like idiots, no wonders why they lose their mass when they stop for a couple of weeks..7milesdown said:Natural protein is alot better but you have to eat quite a bit to get the 40-50 grams you need every sitting. As for stopping with the workout regiment, I had to quit for four months from working out for personal reasons, but I didn't lose much muscle mass doing it. You just need to keep active.
