THE DRUNK THREAD

I am drunk.

You should be, too, if you're reading this thread. This is a topic for posting in if you are under the influence of alcohol. (I am.)

I proposed this here thread to a man by the name of WALTER, in such a way:

"Hey, I was wondering if you'd be at all adverse to someone starting a thread for the sole purpose of drunk posting. I know many of my fellow SK.net'ers are conisseurs of sorts of the various alcohols this world has to offer, and that sometimes, in these innebreated states, we find ourselves on these fair message boards.

Maybe somebody could/would/should start a topic in which people can freely post whilst intoxicated. Only to preserve such a state for posterity's sake, and to embarrass them in the future.

What say you?"

I anxiously waited the reply, hoping that us drunkards would finally have a place to espouse our idiotic sentiments on this manga-related message board. After nearly thirty minutes of agonizing waiting, I received the following response from none other than THE WALTER:

"Keep it in Shootin the Breeze and drink away! "

So there you have it.

Drink, be merry, and post in this thread. It will be fun, funny and maybe you'll even learn something.

Hehehehe, good thread! Living in dorm, just went out and bought 6 each of some of the vilest, cheapest beer I could find, and 6 of the most expensive, and am in the process of... well, trashing my tongue, basically. Not something I'd recommend twice, but a hell of an experience. Forget why I'm doing it. Might be more fun with wine. Lethal with hard stuff.

I took around 6 shots of whiskey and drank about 8 beers in a 6 hour period and I'm still relatively sober. Tolerance is a bitch, but I should be posting in here frequently.

I hear you there, tolerance is expensive. Six or seven beers later (2 cheap, 2 good, two cheap, at a good one now) - eh. Starting to buzz, I guess, but otherwise I know when I've been drinking, and I'm not 'feeling it' yet. Shots would change that, of course, though when I'm drinking scotch, whiskey, or rum, I have it with ice, and that blunts it considerably.

My going away party when I left Okinawa to go to Main land my friends bought me 21 shots of tequila. Drank them all over the course of 5 hours and didnt black out! Weeee! Its been awhile though.

I normally have far less typos when I'm drunk. While on the other hand I can't spell a damn thing when I'm tired.

Here's a challenge to you guys. If you can beat this man (drink as much or more in less time), he'll offer you a bottle of Ricard (90 proof French anise-flavored liqueur, the bottle on the right in the video).

Jesus, I think he will need paramedics in half an hour. Drinking it is one thing, but surviving through digestion...

Oh don't worry, I'm pretty sure he vomited it all not long after the video ended. Otherwise he'd be in for alcohol poisoning and the very serious problems associated with it.

Yeah, he kinda looked like he was ready to go during that last couple of glasses, but nice job anyway . Vodka was always my nemesis, I could never keep down such huge amounts, not even for a short time.

I really enjoy spending my late night with friends at a pizza shop quietly enjoying our food after a good couple hours of hanging out with them at noisy bars. Do you know what can make it any better? Turning around to see a guy, covered in blood, screaming for the head of the guy that assaulted him.

What a wonderful combination site to see, delicious Hawaiian pizza and a blood covered drunk. Sadly the owner of the pizza shop didn't approve and ordered the blood soaked man to "get the fuck out of here". Later blood soaked man was escorted, by the police, to their car.

Not that interesting, but I eventually found my girlfriends work shoes under a tree in the front yard of a friends house today. She was freaking out all day today trying to find them, then I remembered she told me she climbed a tree and fell out of it randomly and hurt her back at some point last night. So I searched around it and eventually found them among a pile of bushes.

Needless to say, no lesson was learned from it.
