Great find, Griff.  Those are great.

Awesome stuff Griff. I've watched the first 5 on the site. The first nailed it, especially since I'm a huge dork for the reference (Skills? ERRRRRRP).

If you don't get nightmares from watching this, you are a real man. Edit: And if you can finish watching this.

Garfield comic strips recreated in freakish live action using CGI techniques, think Sin City only with Garfield, followed by a musical tribute to Jim Davis. There's much love and hate for Jim Davis and Garfield in these videos, which I'm guessing is what a lot of people feel about everyone's "favorite" fat cat as they outgrow him. Start with the first one and you'll know what I mean, they're also on youtube.

This is just incredible. Awesome find, man.

We often went to the cinema, the screen would light up and we would tremble, but also, increasingly often, Madeleine and I were disappointed. The images had dated, they jittered, and Marilyn Monroe had gotten terribly old. We were sad, this wasn't the film we had dreamed of, this wasn't the total film that we all carried around inside us, this film that we would have wanted to make, or, more secretly, no doubt, that we would have wanted to live.

Tom Cruise, his Mission is truly Impossible

Well he's really opened my eyes.  I definitely want to be a doer, that guy who helps people by the side of the road.  'Cause i'm either in or  out.    ...At least I _think_ that's what he said.

Why in God's name would I wanna keep writing about characters whose central preoccupation are weed and dick and fart jokes? I mean, ya gotta grow man. Don't you ever want anything more for yourself? I know this poor hapless son of a bitch does. I look into his sorry doe eyes and I just, I see a man crying out. He's crying out, "When Lord? When the fuck can your servant ditch this foul-mouthed little chucklehead to whom I am a constant victim of his folly, so much so that it prevents him from ever getting to kiss a girl! Fuck! When, Lord when? WHENS GONNA BE MY TIME?

It's clips of people that were sloppily edited to make them look like they're dancing to the song "What is love?" by Haddaway.

I think it's because there's about 20 seconds of Masterchief footage near the end.

It definitely owes something to this old Substance ad, which I'm a big fan of:

Love the guy's boss, he's really above and beyond what they needed for this.

Oh yeah, and only on X-Box! :troll:

Jesus why do they put this shit on TV? Don't they have anything better to show? That guy is being pseudo-admonished by a news anchor and he obviously doesn't give a shit...

TAKEM OFF!!!

Yeah, what an awful interview, she actually makes the dude sympathetic because she's so judgmental and out of line. And check out this still shot of her...

I think he could really see her true form.

BTW, this guy was apparently too cool for Wikipedia...

I love it, the debate itself should make these guys question the purpose of their existence. :guts:

The event is really only notable BECAUSE its getting so much press. It's kind of like a microcosm of Paris Hilton's career.
