Japanese, when writtend verticaly is read right to left. When written horizontaly like in berserk's title, its read from left to right.

10-4, what program do you use to make the animated gifs?

photoshop all the way!!!!!!!  ;D

there are programs out there that will let you take a small clip from some type of video, mpeg, avi, whatever, and turn them into a gif,

but you have no editing or any type of control over it at all,

example:

this was made from one of the previously mentioned programs,

i took that file and edited it in photoshop, changing the contrast, brightness, and cut off the letterbox bars,also if you notice, his eye stays after the rest fades,

makes a HUGE difference,

plus you can add anything you want to,

i took several scans from the manga, added a couple of phrases, and came up with this:

i believe eddie uses it,

and those are just pictures not an actuall movie file,

so if you really wanna do it, get photoshop,

it is sorta a gateway into macro and/or flash if you are interested in that

Thats impressive and has a good choice of pics, although to me the credits for the coloured work on the sig do interfere somewhat as it repeats quickly. Don't get me wrong the choice for the coloured work was great and they deserve the credit.

Jep, very nice, but as Sparnage said, the Credits tend to irritate a little bit. They are visible longer than the image they belong to, they drag to much attention away from the rest. And the font is somewhat to big, and (one last thing, ok? ;D ) Jon's credits are too flashy, choose a darker colour and it would be puuurfect. For my liking, that is. ;D
