Walter and I were, but we've switched to Charter's Pipeline access, no change in fees or whatever. But I guess what happens after the @home deal is up to your cable provider... :(
Yes, I have been affected, I have been without internet for the last couple of days :'( >:( (just got it back tonight), but it looks like everything is back to normal, so I’m happy for the moment.
i've had interruptions for the last 2 months, actually. it's been pretty bad. my roommate got dsl to compensate, but i don't like dsl much.
to summarize: @home sucks, dsl sucks in richardson. there needs to be more service providers of high speed internet access. that's it where i live.
