It looks to me like she goes through several states of mind and of pain and of arousal through the scene.  My interpretation would be that she reacts pleasurably, in confusion, to Femto's four of five seconds of foreplay, then plain 'fucking ow' for a while, and then she goes into shock and her body reacts to the stimulation because the pain is being cancelled out by the state of shock.  Plus whatever 'enjoy me dammit' magical mojo Femto may be using.

So if the question is, 'did any of it feel good to her' the answer is probably 'yes.'  But 'did it feel good enough to make her feel guilty about feeling good' personally I would say no...  But Caska is kind of nuts, so I wouldn't say it's impossible.

even if there is some physical stimulation that usually would be pleasurable, you're not going to enjoy it with everything else that's going on. I think Lithrael was clear since the beginning and i agree with her!
Caska obviously didn't enjoy it, but probably she couldn't stop some of her bodie's-psyche reactions, like getting excited and wet.... if not even an orgasmdue to many reasons like Femto's powers in playing with her mind-body..... but noone said she enjoyed it, or was happy about it!

Why should it stop it? The problem wasn't this: the physical arousal
The problem was the mental horror of the monsters and Griffith that terorrized her...
I said it before and I'll like to repeat:

I agree with the second part of your post but not with the first part.
I mean instead for me it was a problem to her that she couldn't stop her body to feel that sexual feelings, she didn't wish to and probably couldn't understand completely due to the situation, in front of Guts: she says for that reason... please don't watch! watching Guts and crying. She were very concerned about what Guts was seeing!

This sounds to me that has its grounds and based on a taboo -physical and social/sentimental (because of Guts you are talking about), which as I said, to me it makes no sense
Feelling is normal, nothing special or magical or even "diabolical" as some religions could speak about it

Even if the sex sucks it is still going to feel good.. even if it is just slightly good. Unless the sex hurts so much that it completely drowns out every good feeling.. which would be a very hard task to accomplish.. or if you just have absolutly no feeling in your genitles.. sex is going to feel at least somewhat good.

and you oubvieusly missed the part where lubricated came in play. Since you appear not to have a lot of knowledge in this matter, allow me to explain something to you. A woman's vagina (you know the one's you see in porn) needs to be moisturized (WET in the barbaric male vocabulary). How many times do I have to repeat that I said, "Unless the sex hurts so much that it completely drowns out every good feeling.." It's a fairly simple half of a sentence to comprehend. By repeating it in my last post, I covered the non lubrication part.. since, as you efficiently spelled out, no lubrication hurts.

Since you're so touchy on the subject.. I'll break down what I meant when I said "Having sex is going to feel good whether you want it to or not." Seeing that this thread is about when Caska was raped.. I was generally referring to Caska's situation. It didnt seem to me that she was in any physical pain during the experience(not from the actual intercourse anyway,) therefore that factor was ruled out in my mind. What I was basically saying was.. that sex physically felt good.. whether Caska wanted it to or not.
