Very nice! I like this one quite a bit.

The only thing that kind of bothers me is the shading - dodge and burn do NOT make for good shading tools, because they tend to make too high a contrast between the lights-and-darks and stuff.

I find dodge and burn tools are ok if you have a really low opacity. Im using 10-20% for my pictures. But their not good for everything, only for certain effects.
