I'm happy it's something other than Guts or Griffith.

Dark Souls Trilogy collection coming 5 months after a half-assed remaster. Good work, Namco.

4 ever

It would be silly for him to be a playable character when he's already an assist trophy AND the main final boss

I mean, look at the chairs! :magni:

So who will fans complain about not being in Smash next?

16th century armors based on Landsknecht clothing.

The armor the nobleman's son wears in episode 330 looks partially based on these.

Yeah, I believe this was pointed out at the time.

I figured but didn't see any references to it.

I'm not sure what I prefer, a stuffier volume but not every year or a volume with whatever amount of ťpisodes they can get their hands on...

I'm not a fan of volumes getting scrawnier for the sake of making a yearly release, I'd much prefer waiting for a consistent value.

But anyway, sounds like 357 will come August 24.

Can't wait to see the climactic battle between MaRey Sue and Darth Fanboy on the new Star Killerer Base.

I enjoyed the first season (which was really just a movie cut in 4 parts), however I worry that they're planning to stretch this out as much as they can. Maybe there's a split second shot of a Slogra-like throwaway creature in the trailer, but we're treated to a lot of exposures to Dracula's "generals" that look like generic vampire villains to me. Let's hope they'll transform (like apostles) into more memorable enemies.

Apparently one of the generals we briefly see is Hector, the player character from the PS2 game Curse of Darkness.

I'm guessing one of the female vampires will be Carmilla since she has been a reoccurring boss. The others might be based on characters from the series as well, but it might not be obvious just from the trailer because they have new designs. I've only played a handful of the Castlevania games (none of the 3D ones) so I'm not familiar with a lot of the series characters and lore.

A trailer for Castlevania season 2 has finally been released

Looks sick.

I remember seeing complaints about the first season not having monsters from the games. In the trailer I could see the Slogra (0:20-0:23 and 1:22) and Gaibon (1:38) enemies from Super Castlevania and Symphony.

Nice! I think you'll like it.

Personally, I hope Miura returns to that universe when he finishes Berserk.

Finished it a bit ago. It was pretty weird, though if Miura continues that would be pretty cool.

Finally getting around to reading Giganto Maxia

Hmm, I thought they were going to release the "other half" of Season 1 first, since that was such a short stint (4 eps), but it seems that the next batch is just "Season 2." Oh well, I'll definitely watch it when it's out.

Supposedly only 4 episodes were done initially to test things out. Season 2 will have 8 episodes, and Richard Armitage revealed that they are recording for a 3rd season. I'm guessing the whole series will come out to be 20 episodes.

Been really enjoying Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon, it's challenging but not unfairly so. Great Castlevania 3 homage with some Mega Man and Ninja Gaiden touches. Going for a 3rd run on the murder your allies path.

Got the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy for Switch. CB2 was my first Playstation game back 20 years ago and I played it a lot. Got the first one a little later from my older sister. Never had the third but I remember playing some levels on the demo discs I had from Pizza Hut.

Season 2 of Netflixís Castlevania has been announced for October 26

I've also heard their pronunciation of Farnese is incorrect, but again, I'm not certain about all the names.

Farnese = far-neh-zeh. Not far-niece, fair-ness, far-naise or whatever other pronunciations fans have insisted on. So the dub is right, though Serpico's VA stresses the syllables in an way that sounds whiny.

Wow a year, that's brutal!    Have you considered expanding your search radius to include anywhere in the US you'd be willing to move to? Even a 1 year resume building and network building exercise would probably be fruitful.

Iíve applied to other states and still nothing. I canít hardly find anything that isnít expecting 3+ years of experience. The one company that showed interest in me before graduation turned around and ghosted me for months.

Considering enlisting in the Air Force since I've been out of school for a year and haven't received a single response to applications I've done for jobs relevant to my major.
