Anyway like Slan did make herself a new body from dead parts, that is possibly like in issue 22 the followers of Grifith ( the monstrous ones) did themselves a new body.Anyway to me it seems strange this direct involvemnt of a God hand. And if they were really in the spiritual world what need she had to make herself a new body ?Unless that was not the spiritual world but the real one transformed in the likeness of the spiritual one.

Why do you assume that? It's quite possible they are very close, and considering the beating he takes, Guts could easily be unconcious for the rest of the trip, maybe even near death. This is the first time he's actually fought a Godhand in physical combat(previously they just sorta used telekenesis to toss him around).

Well, Guts has gone through several sets of armor. Sure, he's never actually had it destroyed, but he has had it torn off on a few ocassions.

Also, it's not the first time a godhand member formed themselves a body out of other things. Conrad formed one out of rats temporarily. I don't see why anyone would consider it at all unusual for Slan to appear so suddenly considering the interest she expresses in Guts in volume 3, and the fact that she pretty clearly states her reasons for being there.

I also don't think there is any evidence that Griffith's followers formed similarly (unless I missed a chapter or something). There's no evidence that they're anything other than apostles as far as I know.

As for whether this is the spiritual world or not, Flora stated that there were multiple layers to the spirit world. Not simply one. In the real world the God Hand members cannot exsist as anything other than aparitions (Conrad's body falls apart, Slan only appears as a vague image in fire). The quipiloth or whatever is not God Hand's native realm, so it makes sense that she'd still need to "materialize".

Guts isn't that messed up yet (for him), but I wouldn't underestimate what a Slan could do to him (perhaps even beyond pure physical damage). I'm sure if Slan wanted, she could hurt Guts beyond immediate respair by Elves, after all, she could have killed him by now if she desired. And Puck did help Serpico, but he's not exactly used to the same abuse Guts takes in stride.

Volume 3 against Femto. He also used it as bait against Wild and it was destroyed, if you count that.

and why do i assume that theyre far from elfhelm? mostly because of the treatment they were recieving from flora. the tatoo (whatever) over the brand to fend off demons, then shes going to give them her talisman, to make their journey easier. if elfhelm was just a hop skip and a jump away would she honestly go through all of that for them?
