Just got a boxing bag. About damn time too. Once I put it up it should help my cardio. Just gotta buy some tape and a hand wrap as well since the fucker hurts my wrists.

But there's this new, cheap Cajun foods place near my work now, and I can smell the end of my diet every time I walk outside at lunch time.

The last time I checked, I weighed 218 lbs. I'll be checking again on Monday after my workout and will post how I'm doing. Hope everyone else is staying healthy and enjoying a sunny Memorial Day weekend (for those of you in the States, anyway ).
Vampire_Hunter_Bob said:Hello everyone, long time no real post.
I haven't been keeping up with my dieting and working out like I should be, so I've put on some weight and managed to get back up to 204.5 [I think I've just been eating more, I'm doing the same exercises]. So what I'm doing now is, really trying not to gorge on food at all and just limit my self. Also I'm staying away from the house so I don't tempt my self with the goodies in the kitchen.
Anyways, last week I was 204.6, this week I weighed in at 203. So wish me luck as I battle my way back below 200 again!
