I saw that when I rented it. That music video was only really funny because they'd been shying away from and embarrassed because of their national association with LotR throughout the season, only for them to sell out and go all out with the video. Pretty funny show, but for me their best music video is Bowie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4zV4pJ8MwM Mostly for Gemaine's uncanny Bowie impression =)

No that song never made into the show. Not sure how it would work in the show though, i think its more of a live thing. Then again these guys are so brilliant I'm sure they could if they wanted too.

My favorite as well. This episode was the best one, i think, from both seasons, its like a beautiful, short movie and its directed by Gondry! Speaking of which, how cool would it be if these guys made a full length indie film directed by someone like Gondry.

Hahaha that's amazing. And I love the Octavia logo, it's really pretty cool.

Yeah, it's awesome, if anything it might be too well done under the pretext, but I love any iconography with octopi stretching their evil tentacles across the world (and you know how we love squids :troll:). Though my favorite part by far is
"The United States of America, and all its vast debt no longer exist. Hence forth this land will be called Octavia. Do not even try to collect funds owed!" *obligatory maniacal laughter*

That last line and the laugh gets me every time. :ganishka:

You won't believe how much that one made me laugh. Not only have Octavius taken over America, he's stolen Norway's national anthem as well. :ganishka:

Of course, how could I miss that? :guts: It was a nice touch I have to say, brought a smile to my face. I also loved the little sandworms drawn on the notepad towards the end (showing rejected ideas).
