K999, I'm going to make this brief becuz I'm on my way out to the gym now. I do heavy deadlifts and pullups for overall back definition and thickness. Hands down, the best two excercises for back. Shoulders, I do millitary presses, and I've been training for 8 years. I'm 21 now. 60lbs. heavier than in the picture..lol Scary eh...
